Biography

Tyson is a derivatives and structured finance lawyer based in Norton Rose Fulbright’s London office. Tyson has experience with a broad range of capital markets transactions, with a particular focus on OTC derivatives, structured products and structured finance transactions.

Tyson’s practice includes advising on derivatives, repo and stock lending transactions. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating ISDA documentation, as well as bespoke OTC trading documents. He also advises clients on their European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) obligations.
