Terry is a partner in Eversheds' Human Resources Practice Group. She specialises in pensions.

Her recent experience acting on behalf of employers and trustees includes advising on risk management and liability reduction measures; assisting employers and trustees in funding discussions and advising on deficit repair arrangements, including reviews of security arrangements; and acting in relation to scheme mergers and benefit re-design.

Terry has particular expertise in advising on industry wide schemes, including the Railway Pensions Scheme and the Electricity Supply Pension Scheme, and on private sector schemes which have public sector legacy issues.

She has written numerous articles on pensions for various pensions publications and is a joint author of Tolley's Pensions Law. She is regarded by the legal directories as a leading individual and is singled out by commentators for her high quality work and excellent client relationships.

Terry is a regular speaker on pensions issues and currently holds two elected positions with industry groups: as a member of the main committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers, and as a committee member of the National Association of Pension Funds Yorkshire Group.
