Terry Saeedi

Terry has specialised in pensions law for over 20 years at international law firms.She advises scheme sponsors and trustees on all issues relating to pension schemes. Her recent experience includes advising on benefit redesign, scheme closure, pensions aspects of corporate restructuring, funding and deficit repair arrangements, liability management and pensions for executives.

Terry has particular expertise in relation to schemes with public sector legacy issues and has recent experience of advising employers and trustees in the utilities, transportation and financial services sectors. Terry is regarded by Chambers 2013 as a leading individual. She is known for her high quality work and excellent client relationships.

Terry is a regular speaker on pensions issues. She has written numerous articles on pensions and is a contributor to Tolley's Pensions Law. Terry is a full member of the Association of Pension Lawyers. She is also chair of the National Association of Pension Funds Yorkshire Group.
