Tara is a corporate lawyer who has advised on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations, takeovers and IPOs. She also has broad experience of general company and contractual matters. Tara qualified at Denton Wilde Sapte (now SNR Denton), where she worked for a number of years as an associate and spent time on secondment to the legal departments of two clients, gaining valuable in-house experience. Tara then moved to Clifford Chance, joining them as a Corporate PSL.
