Steve joined Bristows in 2010 and specialises in technology, outsourcing and data protection matters.

Steve's experience includes drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of technology-focused and general procurement agreements, software licences and outsourcing agreements. Steve also advises on data protection issues both in relation to commercial agreements and on a stand-alone advisory basis.
Steve's recent experience has included advising a major telecommunications service provider on a number of significant network infrastructure projects, advising a global professional services firm on the drafting and negotiation of a global framework agreement with a major technology supplier and advising a public sector infrastructure operator on an agreement to make available its telecoms network to other infrastructure operators.

In addition to his private practice experience, Steve has undertaken secondments to a major UK telecommunications service provider, a global telecommunications and outsourcing service provider and a global investment bank.
