Sean Crotty is a partner in our commercial team who specialises in IT, commercial, intellectual property, EU procurement and media and entertainment matters. Sean advises many high profile technology and creative clients (particularly in relation to video games) within the private sector (ranging from SMEs to listed companies) and a number of local authorities, PCTs, NHS trusts, police forces and social housing organisations within the public sector on a wide range of commercial, IT, intellectual property and EU procurement issues.

Sean has developed a specialism in drafting and negotiating commercial, IT, intellectual property and entertainment contracts. He understands his way around the relevant industries and their statutory obligations (including data protection). He has considerable experience in preparing contract documents governing the relationships with organisations in the private and public sector and the sensitivity and reputational issues that can arise.
