Sarah Watson

Sarah has extensive and broad experience across many areas of employment law. She has worked alongside law firms and in-house legal teams, providing practical and strategic advice to a wide range of employer, employee and trade union clients. Sarah has considerable advocacy experience and has represented clients in the Employment Tribunal, the County Court, the High Court, the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the Court of Appeal. She has a particular interest and expertise in disability discrimination, pregnancy and maternity discrimination, TUPE, whistleblowing and tribunal procedure. Sarah practised as a self-employed barrister for nine years at Devereux Chambers, a leading employment law set, before joining LexisNexis in 2013. She is also admitted to the New York State Bar.
