Sarah is a qualified barrister specialising in family and immigration law. She has a particularly keen interest in cross-over issues within the two jurisdictions and is committed to publicly funded work. She has considerable experience in all aspects of immigration, asylum and human rights law in both the Immigration and Asylum Chamber of the Tribunal and the Higher Courts.
Sarah practiced in immigration and asylum law for six years as a caseworker in a not-for-profit organisation in South London.
Sarah has also delivered training and presented lectures to practitioners on topics ranging from appeals and judicial reviews in the Points-Based System, the overlap between family and immigration proceedings, criminal deportations and age disputes.
