Sara Johns is a Partner at Ogier Jersey. She is a Jersey Advocate who specialises in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions involving offshore structures, private equity fundraisings, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate governance issues and corporate financing/refinancing transactions. She also specialises in advising on Jersey competition law matters and acts as a Jersey Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network.
Before joining Ogier in 2003, Sara qualified as an English solicitor at Eversheds in 1994, and later worked as a corporate lawyer at Squire Sanders and Clyde & Co in London for a number of years. She has a Master of Arts in English Literature from Clare College, Cambridge, and passed the Law Society Finals with 1st Class Honours in 1992.
