Biography

Samuel Moss joined Lalive in 2008. He specialises in international arbitration, both commercial and investor-state, in particular in the energy and construction sectors, and in public international law. He is a member of the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners, the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA) and ASA below 40.

Prior to joining Lalive, Samuel Moss was assistant legal counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague (2006-2007). Samuel Moss also worked as a law clerk to the Hon. Lise Côté at the Quebec Court of Appeal (2005-2006).
