Sabina Margulies
Sabina is a tax solicitor specialising in corporate and finance tax. Sabina trained and qualified at Linklaters LLP. She spent a year as a qualified lawyer in the corporate department, followed by six years in the corporate tax department where she advised on public and private M&A transactions, equity offerings and finance transactions.
