Rowan joined Quattro Pensions in 2017, advising trustees on many areas including scheme funding and PPF assessment. Prior to this, Rowan spent 15 years at Barnett Waddingham, where she built up a wealth of experience in research. Rowan takes pride in distilling complex regulation into clear and engaging communications, focusing on the impact on clients.

Rowan edits regular news bulletins for Quattro Pensions. She assists the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in responding to industry consultations.
