Richard Wallington

Richard Wallington was educated at Dulwich College and Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge, and was called to the Bar in 1972. He has been in independent practice as a barrister in Lincoln's Inn since 1974, specialising in wills, trusts and inheritance tax, and allied subjects. He became a bencher of Lincoln's Inn in 2005. He is, and has been since 1990, the general editor of Foster's Inheritance Tax, and is a co-editor of Mellows on Taxation for Executors and Trustees, Williams on Wills, and the Wills and Executors titles in Halsbury's Laws of England.

Richard Wallington is a member of the Editorial Board for Simon's Taxes.
