Richard Ho

Richard Ho is an associate in the London office of Skadden. He joined Skadden in 2011 upon qualification as a solicitor at a leading international firm in London. He has prior experience working in Asia, including Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore. Concentrating on debt and equity capital markets, corporate finance and general corporate matters, Mr. Ho has wide experience of international securities offerings, acting for issuers and underwriters. His experience includes advising primarily on IPOs, bond offerings and MTN programmes in London, Europe and other international exchanges, with a secondary focus on private M&A and general corporate matters.
