Richard specialises in advising on the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts – whether buying, selling, building or using technology. He has acted on a range of commercial contracts, with a particular focus on IT and intellectual property related matters. Richard spent three months on secondment to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in 2009, where he advised on a transgovernmental IT and telecoms procurement where he created an innovative database to record evolving complex project requirements. Richard graduated from Cambridge University in 2005 with a degree in Natural Sciences. He then trained with Field Fisher Waterhouse and joined Kemp Little in 2010.
