Rebecca specialises in construction, property damage, professional negligence, insurance and general commercial litigation. In addition to drafting and advisory work, she has considerable experience of appearing as advocate for applications, procedural hearings and trials in the High Court (particularly the Technology and Construction Court) and County Courts. She has also appeared in the Court of Appeal. She has experience of working for clients abroad in the Republic of Ireland, Moscow and Istanbul and of adjudications, dispute adjudication boards, and International Arbitration under the ICC Rules.
