Ramzan regularly advises on complex withholding reclaims including EU reclaims. This includes negotiations with tax authorities in respect of EU law-related claims. He has experience of EU and third-country claims and the interaction of double tax treaties and EU law matters. He also advises entities on the tax efficiency of their investments with a focus on optimising recoveries and in relation to their tax risk profile.

Ramzan is qualified solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales with City law firm and Big Four experience.
