Rachel Wilkinson-Duffy
Rachel is a Senior Trade Mark Associate of the Trade Marks Unit within the Intellectual Property Department of the London office of Baker McKenzie.
Rachel advises on all aspects of trade mark and design protection and enforcement, which includes clearance searching, global filing strategies and transactions involving intellectual property for the UK, EUTM, Madrid Protocol and overseas. Rachel specialises in trade mark disputes such as oppositions, cancellation actions, dispute resolution and infringements, in addition to company and domain name disputes. Rachel has worked with clients in a broad range of different fields, including telecommunications, pharmaceuticals and fashion, as well as assisting NGOs in a number of sectors on a pro bono basis.
Rachel is actively involved with ITMA and has regular interaction with representatives for the UK IPO and EUIPO. These activities ensure she benefits from the most up to date knowledge of trade mark case law and practice in the UK and EU.
