Rachel Tregear trained with a major City law firm, qualified in 1989 and began working with the IP litigation team. She went on to gain more IP experience in a couple of City firms and increasingly concentrated on non-contentious IP, including IP licensing, assignments, IP audits, due diligence and franchising. She joined Addleshaw Goddard (then Theodore Goddard) in 2001 as a professional support lawyer in the commercial group with a principal focus on IP.
