Pippa Hill

Pippa is a Director in Gowling WLG's Restructuring & Corporate Recovery team, specialising in non-contentious restructuring and insolvency. Pippa advises a variety of stakeholders including banks, insolvency practitioners and receivers, companies and directors. She has advised extensively on acquisitions by and from insolvent companies where intellectual property is a key asset, including advising on the acquisition of key brands from the administration of drinks distributor WaverleyTBS Limited. Before joining Gowling WLG, Pippa completed a secondment with the Royal Bank of Scotland plc.
