Biography
Philip Feibusch is a Senior Managing Director and is based in FTI’s London office. Philip heads FTI’s European Tax Services group. Philip is a leading authority on asset related tax issues, including the interaction of various capital taxes and reliefs around the world.
Clients of Philip’s include FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies as well as privately owned businesses.
Philip has lectured extensively and has had numerous articles published in trade journals and other publications including Tax Journal, Tax Adviser, TaxLine and wrote the section on Industrial Buildings Allowances for the Finance Act 2008 Handbook. He has been quoted in Director Magazine, The Times, Sunday Telegraph and other daily newspapers.
Philip joined FTI Consulting after it took over LECG Europe, which itself had acquired Bourne Business Consulting LLP, a Tax Consulting Business that Philip founded with two other partners. Prior to that, he was a worldwide equity partner at Arthur Andersen.
Notably, Philip was the first person in the United Kingdom to become dual qualified in quantity surveying and tax.
