Pedro Velasco

Pedro Velasco is a partner with Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aíza y Enríquez in Mexico City, where he specialises in banking & finance, capital markets and restructurings. He represents Mexican and foreign and domestic financial institutions, as well as corporate borrowers (including private equity funds), in secured and unsecured financings. Mr Velasco's specialised expertise includes acquisition financings, real estate financings, project finance, ship financing, restructurings and workouts, and his capital markets credentials include varied transactional securities experience relating to cross-border debt and equity offerings, including project bonds.

Mr Velasco is included in Chambers Global 2014 listing of 'Leaders in their Field', and is ranked in both Chambers Global and Chambers Latin America in banking & finance.
