Onyinyechi Nwanna

Onyinyechi has extensive experience in advising major Nigerian companies and foreign companies across the entire spectrum of corporate and commercial law. She advises on project finance, corporate restructuring, securities lending, oil and gas, fiscal regulatory compliance and cognate matters. She was part of the team that advised a syndicate of lenders on an US$800 million syndicated loan transaction in respect of the acquisition by an oil and gas exploration and production company of participating interest in an Oil Mining Lease in Nigeria. She was also part of the team that advised lenders on a US$101 million syndicated loan transaction in respect of the acquisition of a power plant in Nigeria. She was a key member of the team that advised an investment bank on the acquisition of one of the bridge banks in Nigeria. She was also instrumental in the ongoing merger of two (2) investment companies and capital market operators in Nigeria.
