Olivier has over 9 years’ of experience advising on lending transactions, including high yield bond, leveraged finance, infrastructure finance, funds banking, financial institutions lending and investment grade lending. Olivier trained at Clifford Chance LLP in both London and Dubai and qualified in the General Banking practice in London. He subsequently also practised a couple of years at Herbert Smith Freehills in Sydney in the finance department before returning to London to work in the leveraged finance department at Shearman & Sterling LLP. Olivier is currently a Director and Managing Legal Counsel at The Royal Bank of Scotland.
