Oliver Browne is a partner in Latham & Watkins' Litigation Department, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a Solicitor Advocate.
Oliver has been an international arbitration specialist for almost a decade, and he has represented companies in proceedings conducted under the LCIA, ICC, UNCITRAL and ICSID rules as well as on an ad hoc basis. He also has considerable experience advising on arbitration related proceedings in the English High Court. His experience includes disputes in a various industry sectors, including the power generation and distribution, defence, media, retail and manufacturing, financial services and private equity sectors.
