Biography

Nyree is a senior associate in the Private Client group who specialises in trust and tax planning advice.

Nyree’s practice is primarily international in its focus - often dealing with cross border tax and estate planning issues. She also advises on general trust, estate and charity law matters. Her work ranges from the advisory (tax and estate planning, reviewing tax treatment of existing structures, advising on trustees’ powers and duties, advising on trust and charity governance issues) to the implementation (implementing planning proposals, establishment of trusts and other asset holding structures, establishment of charities).

In her practice, Nyree acts for individuals and their families (acting in their personal capacity or as trustees of a trust or charity), as well as professional trustees.

Nyree studied Hispanic Studies at the University of Birmingham and the University of Seville (graduating in 1998) and subsequently studied law at the College of Law in Guildford. Nyree qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and subsequently qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner in 2005.

Nyree is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and was ranked in the 2009 "Top 35 under 35" survey produced by Private Client Practitioner.
