Nick is an associate in Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP’s Technology and Outsourcing Group. He specialises in non-contentious technology law, including IT and business process outsourcings, software development, licence and integration agreements and digital media.

He has significant experience in advising a wide spectrum of clients across multiple sectors, including technology, the public sector, retail, energy and telecommunications.

Nick has also worked in house as a secondee to BBC Worldwide Ltd and to Mobile Broadband Network Ltd (the H3G and T-Mobile joint venture), where he advised on a broad spread of technology and commercial agreements.

He writes on current technology law issues.

Nick is the author of the practice notes on ‘IT Outsourcing II – Key Terms’ and ‘A Practical Guide to Service Level Agreements’ in LexisPSL IP & IT.
