Natasha is a partner in the Tax Group at Olswang, awarded LexisNexis Best Tax Team in a Law Firm in 2010.

Natasha has a broad corporate tax advisory and transactional practice, advising on a wide range of UK and international corporate and real estate transactions as well as on commercial, outsourcing, IP and employment tax issues and planning.

In the context of corporate transactions, Natasha has a particular focus on private equity transactions advising both institutions and management teams as well as advising more generally on M&A, reorganisations, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. In relation to real estate, she has advised UK and offshore clients on complex fund structures for property investment and development, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures and landlord and tenant issues.

Natasha sits on the Tax Committee of the Quoted Companies Alliance and is a member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group.
