Monika Górska handles copyright law, industrial property law, and unfair competition. She advises clients on matters such as trademark and copyright infringement. She has handled cases before the state courts, and gained experience working with the well-known Poznań law firms.
She advises startups on protection of IP right and has been involved in several projects regarding commercialisation of new technology.
She works for Polish and foreign clients operating in various sectors of business which include pharma, high tech, and software.
