Michael is a projects and regulatory advisor specialising in energy, utilities and natural resources projects, who typically advises on each phase of a project including the bid process, legal, technical commercial structuring, contracts and then contract and claims management. Michael’s focus is on finding innovative ways to structure and successfully close projects in new areas of these sectors. Projects Michael has led have received The Guardian’s Energy Sustainability Award (2011); Combined Heat & Power Association Community and Residential Award (2009); and the Australian Legal Business Infrastructure Deal of the Year (2005). He is recommended for water in Legal 500 (2010).
