• Matthew joined Carey Olsen in 2004, qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007 and became an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2009.
  • Matthew advises clients including leading international law firms and global institutions on a range of structured finance securitisation and high yield transactions. He has been seconded to two major banks where he has acted both as part of a team advising on the transfer of various structured finance vehicles and as in house legal adviser.
  • Matthew regularly advises on transactions involving Eurobonds and other CISE listed securities including high yield and variable funding notes.
