Matthew Ecobichon

Matthew joined Carey Olsen in 2004, qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 2007 and became an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2009.

Matthew advises clients including leading international law firms and global institutions on a range of structured finance securitisation and high yield transactions. He has been seconded to two major banks where he has acted both as part of a team advising on the transfer of various structured finance vehicles and as in house legal adviser.

Matthew regularly advises on transactions involving Eurobonds and other CISE listed securities including high yield and variable funding notes.
