Mark joined Speechly Bircham LLP in January 2004 and became a partner in the firm’s private client department on 1st November 2007.

In 2009 Mark was included in Private Client Practitioner’s ‘35 under 35’ leading professionals in private client work.

In 2010 he received the STEP President’s Prize for his taxation thesis for full membership of STEP and was included in Dow Jones’ 40 under 40 most influential wealth advisers in Europe.
In 2010 and 2011 he was listed in the Legal Experts directory.

In June 2011 he moved on a full-time basis to Zurich, to set up and manage Speechly Bircham’s Swiss office, Speechly Bircham AG.
