Mark Smith is the Practice Area Director for the In-house modules of LexisPSL. Mark worked as a solicitor for ten years, specialising in technology and outsourcing work. He worked in National and City firms and then moved in-house to a global outsourcing provider. After completing his MBA with a dissertation on law firm strategy, he moved into a market and product strategy role. Building on this experience, Mark then ran a legal process outsourcing business for an Indian company and set up his own consultancy business which provided support to law firms with strategic issues.
