Mark Hubbard specialises in commercial and chancery litigation and advisory work, with an emphasis on company and insolvency, civil fraud, trusts and administration of estates, negligence of legal professionals and conflicts of laws. He is listed as a leading junior in the current editions of Legal 500 (insolvency, fraud: civil, private client: personal tax, trusts & probate) and Chambers UK Bar (chancery: commercial, civil fraud, chancery: traditional).
