Mark Cook

Mark has considerable involvement with EU public procurement, UK tendering legislation, Best Value and State Aid. His work covers the broad interface between the public, private and third sectors especially in the delivery of new ways of providing public services. Areas covered include: major regeneration projects in neighbourhoods and districts; academies and trust schools; social enterprise and the NHS; office accommodation and transformation of central services; leisure and public health; streetcene and community based recycling services; and tackling worklessness. Mark is nationally recognised as an expert on sustainable procurement, especially social issues and clauses, targeted recruitment and training.
