Malcolm is Head of LexisPSL Property. He is a property law and environmental law specialist with broad experience of commercial and residential transactions and property dispute resolution. He is the author of EG Books’ Practitioner’s Guide to the Land Registration Act 2002 and Climate Change, Law Policy and Practice. He is a frequent contributor to the legal and professional press, including the Estates Gazette and the New Law Journal.

After qualifying at Linklaters in 1994, Malcolm worked at Nabarro Nathanson and subsequently at Charles Russell as an Associate in the Real Estate team. His experience at Charles Russell included acting for landowners and telecommunications companies on complex electronic communications code issues. He retains a role as property law consultant with Charles Russell.
