Lucy Williams
Lucy is a Legal Director in the Regulatory team of Kingsley Napley. Lucy qualified in 2007 and joined Kingsley Napley in May 2011 with extensive experience both in acting for regulatory bodies and in defending professionals in proceedings before their regulator.
Lucy specialises in legal and financial services regulation. She acts for individuals and firms facing proceedings before their regulators in the legal and financial sectors. She also provides advice to clients in these sectors on regulatory compliance, ethical obligations, changes to business structures and internal investigations. Lucy is also instructed by regulatory bodies to provide policy advice and assist with drafting rules and regulations.
Lucy is a contributor to the leading textbook on legal services regulation, Cordery on Legal Services.
