Biography

Lucy is a solicitor-advocate and partner in Trowers & Hamlins' dispute resolution & litigation department. She regularly represents clients from many different sectors, including contractors, local authorities, housing associations, charities, schools, private organisations (particularly in the care sector) and individuals, in commercial litigation matters, including all aspects of public law and human rights. She has considerable experience of contentious procurement proceedings (including a number of reported cases) as well as applications for judicial review and other forms of statutory appeals (including in the contentious planning field). Lucy is recognised in the Legal 500 2011 for Administrative and Public Law work.
