Lucie has extensive housing litigation experience having represented both landlords and tenants in a wide range of matters including possession claims on grounds of rental arrears, housing conditions and prolific antisocial behaviour; injunctions; homelessness judicial review; hoarding, harassment, illegal eviction and disrepair claims and counterclaims. She has dealt with complex cases involving Human Rights and Equality Act issues and proceedings against tenants without capacity, requiring liaison with the official solicitor.
