Louise Tolley

Louise joined Allen & Overy in 2003 and is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in the London Antitrust group.

She advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including mergers, behavioural antitrust and state aid. She has extensive experience of producing and delivering training to a wide range of clients on how to comply with competition rules. Louise also regularly advises clients on complex behavioural antitrust issues such as distribution arrangements and cooperation agreements between competitors, as well as abuses of dominant position.

Within A&O, Louise supports the Global Antitrust group by managing and maintaining know-how resources and delivering training. She is currently the Assistant Editor of Butterworths Competition Law Handbook (the "Purple Book").
