Biography

Leigh-Ann Mulcahy, QC is listed by the legal directories as a leading silk in four fields (Professional Negligence, Consumer & Product Liability, Insurance and Administrative & Public Law). Leigh-Ann has wide advocacy experience at all levels, with a particular specialism in appellate advocacy, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. She has appeared in five cases before the Supreme Court and House of Lords. She is a Deputy High Court Judge and a Senior Decision-Maker for the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. She also acts as an arbitrator, mediator and expert determiner. She has been described by the legal directories as “ferociously bright”, an “iron fist in a velvet glove” who produces “stunning performances” in court.
