Laura Spooner joined Lexis®PSL in February 2011 from international City law firm Collyer Bristow LLP, where she managed the Risk and Compliance department for over seven years. She was also a consultant in compliance, regulation and anti-money laundering in the financial services sector. After completing her legal studies, Laura was employed as a research consultant to a leading banking Silk where she worked on various publications (including Paget’s Law of Banking) and some high-profile cases including Elton John v Price Waterhouse and the Barings Bank and Equitable Life trials.
