Laura is a specialist environmental and planning lawyer. She has experience of undertaking advocacy at planning inquiries and in the magistrates’ court and is very experienced in legal challenge and judicial review work. Laura also specialises in compulsory purchase law and has extensive experience of dealing with the governance and decision making of government bodies, educational institutions, local authorities and health bodies. Laura has extensive experience of advising on planning law. She has also advised clients on a range of matters beyond planning matters, including scope of statutory powers and functions, judicial reviews and public inquiries.
