Biography

Kelly Jaggard is an assistant environmental consultant at the Environment Agency completing a wide range of environment due diligence desk-top risk assessments. After gaining a degree in geography, Kelly worked in the public sector for a short period before transferring her skills to work as a rural housing development officer within the charity sector. In this role, Kelly developed her project management, research and community consultation skills in the establishment and delivery of the rural housing project. The withdrawal of rural housing funding from DEFRA led Kelly to return to the public sector, delivering waste management and park and open space projects, including the writing and co-ordinating of the planning stage of a million-pound Heritage Lottery Funding bid. Kelly joined Argyll Environmental in 2011 to focus on contaminated land and flood risk assessments in addition to undertaking regulartory consultation and research projects. In 2012 she joined the Environment Agency.
