Keith joined Pinsent Masons (formerly Masons) in August 1988 as a law costs consultant. Throughout his career he has been involved in working with solicitors in connection with costs issues and claims arising in commercial dispute resolution and litigation.

Keith has practiced for twenty five years as a law costs consultant and costs lawyer. He has provided law costs and advocacy services in respect of all types of commercial disputes in England and internationally, involving claims for costs in excess of £15m. He has particular expertise in respect of funding options and costs projections in substantial commercial disputes, and in resolving costs claims and related disputes.

He is a Costs Lawyer, rather than a solicitor, with 'rights of audience' and 'rights to conduct costs litigation' pursuant to the Legal Services Act 2007 (formerly pursuant to sections 27(9)(c) and 28(5)(b) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990), a practicing member of The Academy of Experts, an accredited Mediator with CEDR, and is a member of the Association of Costs Lawyers.
