Kathryn is an experienced immigration practitioner. Her areas of expertise include advising corporate, institutional and private clients regarding the Points Based System, family-related immigration routes, long residence, citizenship and European law. She has a particular specialism in Tier 4 of the Points Based System and speaks regularly on this topic. Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in New South Wales, Australia in 2001 and commenced her immigration career at PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Visa Solutions in Sydney. Kathryn was seconded to the London office of Fragomen in 2004, after which she moved to Ferguson Snell & Associates. Kathryn joined LexisPSL in June 2011. She is an active member and trainer for the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association, and a speaker for the Public Policy Exchange.
