Kate is a regular conference speaker and writer on legislative issues, including tax and National Insurance, benefits and the whole range of employer compliance responsibilities. She undertakes consultancy work with employers assisting them with compliance issues, new projects and departmental re-engineering. Prior to setting up her own company in 2005, she spent six years as the Policy & Research Manager at the Institute of Payroll and Pensions Management (now the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals). In that role she was the Technical Editor of the Institute's member magazine and was their chief lobbyist representing them on many government consultative groups.
