Jeremy Kutner is a partner in the European Mergers & Acquisitions Group based in Shearman & Sterling’s London office. Jeremy has worked on a very broad range of corporate transactions, ranging from public and private M&A to equities work, joint ventures and restructurings. Many of the transactions he has worked on, especially over the last few years, have been ground breaking or market-leading in some way.
Recent work highlights include working on Liberty Global’s US$23bn acquisition of Virgin Media, the £1.5bn restructuring of The Co-operative Bank and Nokia’s €1.7bn acquisition of Siemens’ stake in Nokia Siemens Networks.
Jeremy is recommended as leading lawyer in his field by Chambers UK, the Legal 500 UK and as a ‘Rising Star’ by Law360.
