He specializes in regulatory litigation in fields such as financial services and utilities regulation. Recent financial services cases include Equitable Life JR; Northern Rock; Winterflood (market abuse); FSA v Davidson (“the Plumber”); Splits and Flaming Ferraris. He is a general editor and contributing author to Lester, Pannick and Herberg, Human Rights Law and Practice, 3rd ed, 2009, and has contributed to a number of other publications in the financial services and public law fields.
