James Morgan, KC

James is an established chancery and commercial practitioner, with particular expertise in the fields of insolvency, company and commercial dispute resolution. His insolvency work covers the range of personal and corporate cases and he has a long list of reported cases in this area. His company work focuses on directors duties, shareholder disputes and s.994 petitions. Dispute resolution work includes professional liability claims, particularly as an adjunct to his insolvency practice. He has a wealth of trial experience and of applications for interim relief.
