Jacqui is a solicitor and was in private practice prior to joining national family lawyer organisation, Resolution, in 1996 as Director of Standards where she was responsible for promoting and enforcing the Code of Practice, membership, accreditation and dealing with complaints. Since 1993 Jacqui has sat as a deputy district judge on the Midland circuit. She has also worked widely as a freelance lecturer and writer on cohabitation law.
Jacqui is currently a consultant with the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators supporting the advisory committee and dealing with applications for training having been involved with the establishment of the newly fledged family arbitration scheme.
